If for any reason you would like to exchange your product. You must contact us first and send us the photos of your product and Order number.
1) If we deliver the wrong size, colors or the packages are damaged, we will reship your new product without any additional charges and you can keep that item as an apology from us to the problem you've suffered.
2) If we deliver correct items but you're not satisfied with them (pretty small or large,...). We're offering 2 options:
- You can keep your item: you just need to pay a small Shipping and Handling fee (please contact us for further information) and we will send you new items within 2 days. You don't need to return your package.
- If you don't want to pay that fee, you will have to return the item at your own expense and the item has not been used, worn, washed or damaged. The item must include its tag. We will deliver a new one right after we receive your returns.
Note: You cannot exchange the items which are for free.
