At Cyclisting we strive to make our customers 100% satisfied with the product they’ve purchased from us. If you are experiencing any shipping or products issue, or you’re feeling frustrated, then please send us an email and our team will assist you right away.

Cyclisting has a policy of free returns, which includes a full refund on original shipping cost for the item(s), as well as the cost of the return shipping label (yep, that’s right, both costs are on us). If you are not 100% satisfied with your items, you may return your order to us for a full refund, free of charge. Our return policy is effective for up to 90 days of original purchase.

  1. Cancelling Unshipped-out Orders

If you are cancelling your order which has not yet to be shipped out, please kindly contact us within 24 hours via Hello@cyclisting.com. For the fastest resolution, please include your order number. Thanks!

If the cancellation is approved, then your full refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time (45 days not including 3-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment. If you received wrong items you can request a refund or a reshipment .

Reasons for a refund may be considered invalid are (judge on a case by case basis):

  • Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address).
  • You want a refund/return because you "changed your mind". We print on demand and therefore we cannot accept returns with that inquiry.
  • Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Cyclisting (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
  • You order wrong size or color.
  • The items you ordered are on sale or free.
  • Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of Cyclisting.com

* You can submit refund requests within 7 days after the day of delivery (as per tracking notification). You can do it by sending a message on the Contact Us page explaining the reason for the request.

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a refund will automatically be applied back to the original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
